Working at Continental Biscuits Limited Pakistan as Junior Manager Engineering with following duties: • Coordinating with Chief Engineer for plant maintenance with reliability and root cause analysis of failure. (10 biscuit manufacturing lines under continuous operation). • To take necessary action in order to decrease down time in plant & increase productivity and Fault diagnosis of process in case of warning. • To conduct the maintenance as per HSE and hygiene rules and regulations. • Responsible for the modification in the obsolete control design for the improved automation for better results by designing, fabricating and commissioning of control panels including oven and packing section of the plant. • Manage and plan project execution with contractors and production team. • Prepare the maintenance work sheets for the biscuit wrapping machines, Electrical Distribution panels, and Electrical Control panels. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify potential hazards and develop mitigation strategies to enhance the safety of electrical systems. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of electrical system maintenance and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. • Conduct regular audits of electrical systems and equipment to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. • Developed and maintained electrical safety procedures, policies, and training materials to promote a culture of safety within the organization.
