My name is Halil Ibrahim BUYUKMEHMETOGLU and, I’m Turkish, fluent in Chinese and English, with diverse international experience. I hold a bachelor’s in Economics from Wuhan University, a master’s in Political Science from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and have just completed a PhD in Law.
