Consultancy work and the provision of knowledge for the Agreed and Contractu projects. Following the concept of discovery to delivery, several improvement and optimization processes were identified and implemented based on research and analysis carried out at all stages and teams involved. Responsibilities and deliverables performed: develop and apply workflows using omnichannel systems with big data and artificial intelligence; intelligent management of projects and tasks through Atlassian services; advanced quality assurance reports (including complete descriptions with images, videos, and codes; suggestions for solutions, in some cases with a practical or applied approach; mapping and organize methodology for the QA Report in Atlassian Confluence); definition and development of manuals and documentation of standards and operations; application of a unified Design System, data analysis at all points of contact, centralized customer service, in addition to several other improvements that consolidated operations, data and communication.
