With over 14 years of professional experience alongside my academic achievements, I am confident in my ability to tackle challenges through qualities such as hard work, quick learning, confidence, problem-solving, punctuality, and resilience under pressure. Education
I began my research fellowship remotely last year, and during my tenure, I successfully published seven high-impact journal articles in Q1/Q2-ranked journals. In addition to my research, I assisted the faculty members of the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering in securing publications in top-tier journals. I also conducted two training sessions and supervised two undergraduate students, contributing to their academic growth. Over the course of my one-year appointment, I met all key performance indicators (KPIs) and achieved the set targets.
I began my Doctorate degree in 2016, during which I accomplished several significant milestones. I received an Excellent Graduate Assistantship for three consecutive years and successfully graduated on time (GoT). I was honored as the 1st Runner-up in the 3-Minute Thesis (3-MT) competition, organized by the University of Queensland, Australia, at UPSI. Additionally, I became a registered engineer with the Board of Engineers Malaysia. Before my final defense, I published four Q1-ranked journal articles. I also contributed as a project member for a short-term research grant (STRG) valued at RM 24,000. Furthermore, I received the prestigious Best Paper of the Year award from the IEEE/AP/MTT/EMC Malaysia Joint Chapter.
I began my Master’s degree in 2012, during which I accomplished several key achievements. I was awarded the Developing Solutions Scholarship and successfully completed my degree with Merit. For my final year project, I worked on developing direction-finding antennas for UAVs, which earned me 3rd position in my class.
Work & Experience
1) Liaising with existing teaching staff, administrative staff, and Researchers to achieve set goals. 2) Observing, analyzing, and offering suggestions on current operations. 3) Scheduling meetings and training sessions with staff and students. 4) Assisting with recruitment, training, and onboarding processes. 5) Establishing professional relationships with students and staff. 6) Ensuring all health and safety, as well as university regulations arealways followed by staff. 7) Liaising with staff and organizing teambuilding events that take everyone is needs into account. 8) Conducting research, writing up reports, and presenting findings to staff and others. 9) Maintaining relationships with industries and finding creative ways to expand the organization. 10) Attending workshops, lectures, and training sessions wherever possible.
