After 1 year as a Digital Operation Lead, I was tasked to support the Program Head in researching, planning, developing, and implementing the organisation's programs for the community. My job scope encompasses the followings: - build and maintain Digital Support Groups (DSGs) for hawkers and heartland merchants. - Sense, match, activate and monitor the digitalisation landscape of the local community. - Stakeholders’ management for partnerships and follow-up.
