I am European Doctor in Food Science with double master’s degree and with 16 years of experience in the field of teaching, researching and developing.
I obtained my Master in Education for A-level science subjects, mandatory for public education in Spain and that was my first experience with young children in a school.
Because I got the Accreditation for Doctoral Assistant Professor, compulsory for public Spanish University System, I have worked as substitute professor at Extremadura University.
On the other hand, I worked for several years as Spanish Language teacher in the Cervantes Institute in Shanghai.
Education
Great experience in identification/determination of bio-molecular compounds. Publish international scientific articles and participate in research projects.
