My Process :
I am a Scrum Master too and prefer following Agile Methodology.
I see the requirement, analyze it and then create sprints(milestones) each of 2 weeks. At the end of each week I do retrospective of what took longer or faster. Based on that I define the next sprint. I prefer Azure Devops, JIRA, Bitbucket, Gitlab to manage tasks as well as GIT repository for code management. All commits are well connected to deployment through CI/CD (Azure pipeline).
