 Design and implement lesson plans that align with KET (Key English Test) and PET (Preliminary English Test) standards.  Develop a comprehensive curriculum that covers reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills required for KET and PET.  Teach English language lessons focusing on grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and communicative skills.  Prepare and administer practice tests and mock exams for KET and PET.  Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback to help students improve their English language skills.  Identify individual learning needs and provide personalized support to help students achieve their language proficiency goals.  Offer extra tutoring sessions or study groups for students needing additional help.  Incorporate digital tools and resources to enhance learning and practice.  Stay updated with the latest developments in English language teaching and testing.  Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.  Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and resources.  Incorporate cultural awareness into language instruction to enhance students' global perspective.
