With a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, emphasizing in Clinical Practice and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I've not only honed my understanding of the human mind but also developed practical skills that have enriched my professional journey. This academic background has not only shaped my approach to teaching, training, and customer service but also fueled my innate curiosity about the complexities of human behavior. My passion for psychology and the desire to make a meaningful impact on people's lives have been integral in my career choices, from language teaching to content moderation. Work & Experience
During my tenure at Teleperformance in Bogota, Colombia, starting in March 2022, I transitioned from a Trilingual Social Media Content Moderator to a Trilingual Trainer. This promotion was a testament to my dedication and the quality of my work. As a Trilingual Trainer, I specialized in Content Moderation for Brazil and the Portuguese-speaking countries. In this role, I played a pivotal part in developing over 90 Content Moderators, including individuals from diverse backgrounds such as Colombians, Brazilians, Argentinians, Venezuelans, and Mexicans. I conducted training sessions primarily in English and Portuguese, contributing not only to the Brazilian and Portuguese-speaking markets but also enhancing the effectiveness of the Spanish and Hispanic Latin American markets. Additionally, I collaborated with fellow Trainers to design and implement a comprehensive training program that incorporated language and cultural elements, resulting in an impressive 85% improvement in content moderation metrics and accuracy within just three months. This experience allowed me to nurture essential social and emotional skills, including resiliency, discipline, and time management, among Content Moderators to excel in a competitive work environment with limited resources.
My experience as a Trilingual Content Moderator has been a cornerstone of my professional journey.
