Chongqing City Vocational College (重庆城市职业学院, website) is a full-time public college that is open to the whole country and is hosted by the Ministry of Education. It is hosted by the Chongqing Municipal People’s Government and headed by the Chongqing Municipal Education Commission. Formerly known as the Chongqing Trade Union Cadre School, the college merged with Chongqing Workers College in 2004 to form the Chongqing City Vocational College, which has nearly 70 years of school running history. The college is an advanced teaching unit granted by the All-China Federation of Trade Unions and other departments, an advanced unit of national employee education, the third batch of modern apprenticeship pilot units of the Ministry of Education, Chongqing Worker Pioneer, Chongqing Software Blue-collar Talent Training Base, Yongchuan Service Outsourcing Talent Training Base.

The college is located in Chongqing Vocational Education Base—Yongchuan. It has perfect teaching facilities and a beautiful campus environment. It has a business school, HKUST News and Big Data School, aerospace school, information and intelligent engineering department, tourism management department, construction engineering department, and Marxism college. (Department of Basic Courses), the College of Continuing Education, and the National Skills Appraisal Institute, providing 28 higher vocational colleges such as electronic information, tourism, finance and commerce, civil engineering, and equipment manufacturing to form big data, intelligent manufacturing, and general aviation , E-commerce, modern tourism management, architecture six major professional groups.

Chongqing City Vocational College has more than 400 full-time and part-time teachers, 31.8% of full-time teachers with senior titles and doctoral teachers, 84.6% of dual-qualified teachers, 73.5% of master teachers, and 2 young key teachers in Chongqing.
