Introduction to Gansu University of Political Science and Law

Gansu University of Political Science and Law (甘肃政法大学, website) is the only general undergraduate college in politics and law in Gansu Province. It is the earliest provincial undergraduate political and law college in the country. Gansu College of Political Science and Law was formally established to provide general higher education. The school obtained the qualification of a master’s degree awarding unit in 2006, launched master’s degree education in 2007, and launched international student education in 2017. In the same year, it was identified as a Gansu Province doctoral degree awarding construction unit. It is the country’s first batch of outstanding legal talent education training institutions, “The second batch of universities in the country to practice and educate people, innovation and entrepreneurship education bases” and national political and legal colleges and universities “League Alliance” members. In June 2019, with the consent of the Ministry of Education, changed its name to Gansu University of Political Science and Law.
