Guangdong AIB Polytechnic (广东农工商职业技术学院, website) is a centrally-owned general public college. The school was founded in 1952, and was formerly the South China Reclamation Cadre School, founded by Marshal Ye Jianying while serving as the director of the South China Reclamation Bureau. In 1984, the Guangdong Agricultural Reclamation Management Cadre College was established with the approval of the Guangdong Provincial People’s Government; in 1989, it was approved by the Ministry of Agriculture as the “South China Land Reclamation Cadre Training Center of the Ministry of Agriculture”; in June 2000 it was renamed as the Guangdong Vocational College of Agriculture, Industry and Commerce.

For more than 60 years, the school has adhered to the school-oriented philosophy of “people-oriented, strong school with characteristics, realistic and innovative, and harmonious development”. Guangdong AIB Polytechnic has Yueken Road Campus and Zengcheng Campus.
