Hebei Tourism Vocational College (河北旅游职业学院, website) is the only comprehensive public full-time vocational college in Hebei province named after tourism and specialized in training high-skilled professionals in tourism, modern agriculture, modern management, and information technology. Sexual higher vocational college, its predecessor was the Rehe Agricultural and Forestry College, which was founded in 1950.
Hebei Tourism Vocational College is located in Chengde, Hebei, a famous historical and cultural city in the country. Chengde has 5,000 years of Red Mountain culture and 300 years of mountain village culture. It has a world cultural heritage summer resort and surrounding temples, and has the first batch of national historical and cultural cities and the first batch of outstanding Chinese tourist cities. The college is adjacent to the summer resort and other famous scenic spots, with beautiful environment and pleasant climate. It is close to the Beijing-Shenzhen high-speed railway Chengde Station and it takes only 43 minutes to reach Beijing. The expressway network in all directions and the Chengde Airport under construction make the college convenient and strategically located.
Hebei Tourism Vocational College currently has 12 departments and 48 majors, and recruits students from more than 20 provinces and cities across the country. There are nearly 8,000 full-time students and more than 4,000 students in adult education.
Hebei Tourism Vocational College has a comprehensive tourism training center, a tourism management vocational education training base, and a Chinese herbal medicine cultivation technology vocational training training base; two projects supported by the central government to improve the professional service industry development capacity; and a vocational college national level There are 4 backbone teacher training bases; there are 156 on-campus training rooms and 158 off-campus practice teaching bases to meet teaching needs.
