Introduction to Hebi Polytechnic
On April 23, 2001, Hebi Polytechnic (鹤壁职业技术学院, website) was formed by the merger of Hebi Education College, Hebi Secondary Vocational School, Hebi Radio and Television University, and Hebi Normal School. In 2003, Hebi Mechanical and Electrical Secondary Professional School and Hebi Adult Training School were merged into the college. In 2010, it was approved to build Henan Provincial Model Software Vocational and Technical College. In 2011, took over the city sports school. In 2015, the People’s Government of Hebi City and Henan University of Technology established the Hebi College of Engineering and Technology (Undergraduate) of Henan University of Technology relying on Hebi Vocational and Technical College
