Hefei Science and Technology College (合肥科技职业学院, website) is a full-time ordinary college approved by the Anhui Provincial People’s Government and filed by the Ministry of Education. The college was formerly known as the Anhui Microcomputer Correspondence University, which was established in 1984, and was approved by the State Council to establish the China Computer Correspondence Institute in 1987, which is part of the Ministry of Science and Technology. Since its establishment, it has cultivated more than 1 million computer application talents for the society, and has been hailed as “the cradle of computer application talents in China”.

The college is located in Hefei, a national science and education city, and is located on the eastern foot of Zipeng, a national 4A-level scenic spot.
