Jining Polytechnic (济宁职业技术学院, website) is a full-time state-run general vocational college established in October 2000 with the approval of the People’s Government of Shandong Province. Jining Polytechnic currently has 670 faculty members, 436 full-time teachers, 181 professors and associate professors, 394 doctors and masters, and more than 90% of “dual-teacher” teachers. The pool of part-time teachers with enterprise engineers and technicians as the main body has reached 500.
Jining Polytechnic has 15 teaching units and 14 R & D institutions, which closely meet the development needs of pillar industries such as local equipment manufacturing, cultural tourism, and the province ’s “New Silicon Valley”. It has established 62 majors in 16 categories, and has completed intelligent manufacturing and automotive technology , Computer technology, smart construction, “Internet +” commerce, etc. to adapt to the new and old kinetic energy conversion of the 10 advantageous professional groups.
