Introduction to Maanshan College

Maanshan College (马鞍山学院, website), formerly known as the Anhui University of Technology Business School, was established in June 2003. It is an independent college established by the Anhui University of Technology and approved by the Ministry of Education and the Anhui Provincial People’s Government. In December 2014, Anhui University of Technology and Shenzhen Saiwei Intelligent Co., Ltd. jointly organized the Anhui University of Technology and Business School in June 2019. With the approval of the Ministry of Education, Anhui University of Technology and Business School was transferred to Maanshan College.

Maanshan College is located at No. 8 Huangchi Road, Dangtu County, Ma’anshan City, Anhui Province. It covers an area of 1,000 acres, with convenient transportation and pleasant climate. It recruits students from Anhui and Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Fujian, Jiangxi, Henan, Shandong, Guangdong and other provinces, and currently has nearly 8,000 students.

Maanshan College currently has 6 colleges including Osaka University School of Medicine and Engineering, School of Artificial Intelligence, Tencent Cloud Big Data School, School of Art Design and Construction, School of Economics and Management, and School of Foreign Studies. Aircraft system engineering, material forming and control engineering, metal materials engineering, industrial engineering, computer science and technology, software engineering, IoT engineering, data science and big data technology, automation, measurement and control technology and instrumentation, electrical engineering and its automation, orbit Traffic Signal and Control, Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Water Supply and Drainage Science and Engineering, Building Environment and Energy Application Engineering, International Economy and Trade, Finance, Health Services and Management, Marketing, Business Administration, Financial Management, English, Visual Communication Design, product design, environmental design and other undergraduate majors, the disciplines cover engineering, economics, management, literature, art and other categories. The school continuously strengthens the integration of production and education, and jointly builds computer science and technology and software engineering majors with Tencent. It has a “Tencent Excellence Class”; the school attaches importance to international schooling and has a “1 + 2 + 1 Sino-US talent training plan” project 3. 3 + 1 study abroad and visiting programs in Osaka University, Japan.
