Minda Polytechnic Institute (明达职业技术学院, website) was approved for establishment by the People’s Government of Jiangsu Province in 1995, enrolled in 1996, and approved by the Ministry of Education in 1999. It is a full-time general university with independent qualifications to issue college diplomas. The school is located in Sheyang County, Yancheng.
