Nanchang Hangkong University (NCHU, Chinese: 南昌航空大学) is a multi-disciplinary university with a focus on engineering, science, literature management, economics, law, education, and art.

Nanchang Hangkong University was founded in 1952. The university is a higher education institution jointly established by the Jiangxi Provincial People’s Government and the National Defense Science and Technology Industry Bureau. In 1985, he began to train master students, and in 1990 he was granted a master’s degree.

The university has aviation majors such as aircraft design and engineering, aircraft power engineering, aircraft manufacturing engineering, flight technology, and performance (air crew direction). At present, the school has initially established undergraduate colleges with obvious engineering advantages and distinctive aviation characteristics.

Nanchang Hangkong University is located in the hero city – Nanchang. The campus has a beautiful environment and has 3 campuses including Qianhu Campus, Shanghai Road Campus and Gongqingcheng Campus, covering an area of over 3,500 mu. The school building area is 1.04 million square meters. The sports activity area is 155,000 square meters.

The university has more than 2,000 faculty members, including nearly 1,500 teachers; more than 1,300 doctoral masters, accounting for 92% of the total number of full-time teachers; more than 30 doctoral supervisors, more than 600 master’s tutors; and more than 23,000 students People, including more than 20,000 undergraduates and more than 2,400 graduate students. Since the establishment of the university, more than 140,000 graduates of various types have been trained. Nanchang Hangkong University has established long-term cooperative relationships with enterprises, institutions such as aviation, aerospace, civil aviation, and navigation, and nearly 30 local government human resources departments. More than 30% of graduates serve the national defense military enterprises and major civil aviation companies every year.
