Shandong University of Technology, referred to as SDUT, is located in Zibo City, Shandong Province. It is a university jointly established by the National Defense Science, Technology and Industry Bureau, Shandong Province and Zibo City. It is a member of the Eurasian-Pacific University Alliance and the CDIO Engineering Education Alliance.
The school has 26 colleges, 16 school-level research institutes, 3 post-doctoral research stations, 4 first-level disciplines authorized for doctoral degrees, 24 first-level disciplines authorized for master’s degrees, and 4 second-level disciplines authorized for master’s degrees (excluding First-level subject coverage points), 14 master’s degree authorization categories, 69 undergraduate enrollment majors, and disciplines covering 9 discipline categories; there are 2,151 teachers, more than 33,000 full-time undergraduate students, and more than 3,100 graduate students. Disciplines and majors cover nine disciplines, including engineering, science, economics, management, literature, law, history, education, and art.
