Shanghai Zhongqiao College (上海中侨职业技术学院, website) was founded in 1993 and was approved by the Ministry of Education to be incorporated into the National Unified Admissions Plan in 2002. It is a private higher vocational college with the qualification to issue diplomas independently. The school covers an area of 542.4 acres, and the campus environment is pleasant. There are currently more than 6,000 students. The school aims to establish a well-known first-class modern vocational education university at home and abroad with “professional characteristics and new school styles”. The top 500 manufacturing enterprises in the country, Zhida Group, takes “education and prosperity, industry serves the country” as its mission, providing a solid backing for school development.

Shanghai Zhongqiao College is advancing on the road to the development of modern vocational education and pursuing excellence. Shanghai Zhongqiao College currently has 7 secondary colleges and 33 majors (directions) for national enrollment. It has formed specialties featuring food specialty groups, elderly care, securities and futures, advertising design and production, and automotive application technology. At present, the school maintains good relations with 245 companies, and has 153 professional training bases inside and outside the school.
