Shangrao Vocational Technical College (上饶职业技术学院, website) is a full-time higher vocational technical college (public) established at the level of general colleges and approved by the Jiangxi Provincial People’s Government and filed by the Ministry of Education. The college was founded in 2004 and was formerly based on the Shangrao City Industrial School, and merged with the Shangrao City Industrial School, Shangrao Agricultural School, and Jiangxi Provincial Literature and Art School Shangrao Branch School. It is the only full-time higher vocational and technical college in Shangrao City that is mainly engineering, college level. In 2015, the college obeyed the overall situation. Shangrao Vocational Technical College is located on the outskirts of Shangrao, with a campus area of 550 acres and a building area of 280,000 square meters.
