Sichuan Vocational and Technical College of Communications (四川交通职业技术学院, website) is a public full-time ordinary higher education institution. It belongs to the Sichuan Provincial Department of Transportation and was founded in 1952. The college is a national model higher vocational college, a high-tech technical undergraduate pilot college in Sichuan province, the first batch of modern apprenticeship pilot units, a national vocational college employment competitiveness demonstration school, a national advanced vocational education unit, and a national civilized unit.

The college covers an area of 1033 acres and has more than 13,000 full-time students. There are Department of Road and Bridge Engineering, Department of Automotive Engineering, Department of Transportation Engineering, Department of Shipping Engineering, Department of Information Engineering, Department of Architectural Engineering, Department of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Department of Economic Management, Department of Humanities and Art, Department of Rail Transit Engineering, Teaching Department of Public Courses and Ideological and political theory teaching department 12 teaching departments. There are 2 undergraduate majors and 35 specialty majors, of which 6 are major construction projects of central finance, 2 are major national transport demonstration sites, and 10 are major provincial finance majors.
