Yunnan College of Finance and Economics (云南财经职业学院, website) is a full-time public higher vocational college approved by the Yunnan Provincial Government and filed by the Ministry of Education. Its predecessor was Yunnan Dingxin Junior Commercial Vocational School, which was founded on November 6, 1934. After going through the provincial Kunhua Advanced Business Vocational School and the Yunnan Provincial School of Finance and Economics, it has developed into a vocational college of finance and economics.

The college is located in the beautiful spring city of Kunming. It is backed by the winding Changzhu Mountain and adjacent to the beautiful Panlong River. The campus covers an area of 253 acres. The school building covers an area of 10,900 square meters. 66 teachers with senior titles or above, 92 teachers with master’s degrees or above; the college has a multimedia classroom and a fast and dynamic campus network with backbone Gigabit and 100MB to the desktop; the library currently has 236,500 books; sports facilities are complete; 23 training bases have signed school-enterprise cooperation agreements with 66 companies and industry associations.
