This role involves overseeing curriculum development, teacher professional growth, and student academic outcomes, with a focus on creating a respectful and inclusive international school community.Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the development and implementation of the secondary school curriculum, ensuring alignment with the US Common Core Standards, AP programs, and best practices in middle and high school education.
- Lead the professional development of secondary teachers, focusing on differentiated instruction, student engagement, and culturally responsive teaching practices.
- Monitor academic progress using data-driven approaches, guiding teachers to implement interventions and support systems to enhance student outcomes.
- Collaborate with teachers to integrate real-world applications, technology, and interdisciplinary learning opportunities that prepare students for global citizenship and higher education.
- Foster a culture of academic excellence and personal growth, ensuring that students are well-prepared for university and beyond.
