Position Title:  Admin Assistant/HR – temp
Division:           Administration
Supervisor:       Senior Director of Human Resources and Government Relations
 
Position Summary: To assist the Human Resources and Head of School Office in the execution of their duties through secretarial and clerical assistance and by upholding the confidentiality of sensitive materials and information. This is a one-year position that starts in December 2022.
 
Qualifications:

·       Bachelor degree in related areas

·       Shanghai Hu Kou Permit
Experience
[Required]
·       3 years minimum experience with Microsoft Office products-Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Photo Editor, etc.
·       3 years minimum experience in English/Mandarin/English translation-oral and written
·       3 years minimum experience in office administration, preferred in HR

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Perform duties, as requested by the Head of School’s Office and the Senior Director of Human Resources, including but not limited to:
a.     Typing, filing, copying and/or routing of correspondence
b.     Answering the telephone, screening calls, and delivering messages as needed
c.      Scheduling appointments as needed
d.     Meeting preparation 
e.     Providing translation as needed
f.      Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, surveys, etc
  1. Recruitment support:
    1. Follow up on applications and collect interview screen video
    2. Schedule interviews
    3. Assist with reference check forms
  2. China Non-criminal background check
    1. Assist with inquiries for visa office.
    2. Prepare application documents for teachers and spouses as required.
  3. Assist with translating related new hires documents for new hires work permit application
  4. Support new hires campus access prevention procedures
  5. Other duties as assigned.
