Key Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in a Technical Customer Relations or Developer Relations role or similar environment
  • Language proficiency in English, Chinese, Japanese, Korean or other languages in the Asia Pacific region is highly desirable
  • Understanding of mobile app ecosystems, app business models and app development processes
  • Knowledge of the app development environment, key players, business models, and a fundamental understanding of mobile technologies
  • Experience with Mac development platform a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
  • Strong negotiator who can be firm, yet diplomatic
  • Excellent customer service, conflict management and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations and communicate effectively
  • Strong data analysis, time management and reporting skills
  • Superb attention to detail
