Job Description

Dipont Education is seeking an Art Teacher (IB DP) to join our high school program in Changchun, China.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver engaging lesson plans that align with the school curriculum and meet the needs of diverse learners
  • Assess and provide feedback on student work to support their academic growth and achievement
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with parents and colleagues
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and practices
  • Actively participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Art or a related field.
  • A recognized teaching license
  • At least 2 years of experience teaching high school Art
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Prior experience working in China is a plus

The High School Attached to Northeast Normal University is located on a picturesque, leafy campus on the outskirts of Changchun, the capital of Jilin province. The school was founded in 1950.
