Job Summary

  • Graduates joining the business in a Graduate role and engaging in all elements of the ADVANCE programme. The programme is designed to introduce and build essential business and personal skills, helping to enhance the transition from student to professional.

  • Graduates are assigned duties that will provide a broad, well-rounded learning experience within the field they are joining at Graduate entry level.

  • The ADVANCE programme lasts approx. 24 months but the successful completion of the programme is only to be used as an indicator for strong performance in line with other indicators (strong or above performance rating etc)

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or above in civil engineering or related majors.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with clear expression.

  • Good health for working on-site and long-term trips in various provinces of China.

  • Able to communicate in English.

  • Proficient in related software: AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist project manager/construction manager or other supervisors in coordination and management of exterior and interior project issues, including design, bidding, material procurement and on-site construction management support.

  • Basic daily work including but not limited to: document control and management etc.
