Assistant Human Resources Manager – Rewards (PR0177/22-23)
The Office is looking for a suitable candidate to perform the following duties:
Key roles & responsibilities:
Act as a key driver in reward-related initiatives, such as compensation simulation and budgeting, salary benchmarking and structures, benefits review and survey;
Coordinate compensation-related processes, including but not limited to salary review, performance management and benefits policy renewal;
Involve in the job analysis and evaluation process and related projects;
Participate in the redesign of performance management process and system;
Review and update C&B-related policies & initiatives to ensure compliance with statutory requirements; and
Provide reports and data analysis to support the planning and implementation of HR policies, processes and best practices related to rewards.
Requirements:
University graduate in the subject of HR management, Statistics, or a related discipline;
6-8 years of relevant work experience, preferably with compensation & benefit revamp exposure;
A thorough understanding of rewards processes;
Experience in data analysis and reporting;
Strong technical skills in advanced Excel (formula & conditional formatting);
Highly customer oriented and able to drive changes and build relationships with key stakeholders;
Knowledge of HR operations in the tertiary education sector would be an added advantage; and
An excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a written test. The successful candidate will be offered a fixed-term contract renewable on mutual agreement.
