Responsibilities:

• 作为项目经理或项目总监带领团队，为商业、住宅、旅游等土地及项目开发项目提供策略建议以及项目财务可行性研究、风险评估等专业咨询服务。

• 负责项目技术指导与核心技术要点的把控。

• 与客户进行沟通汇报，并具有业务拓展能力。

Minimum Requirements

Requirements:

• 经济、房地产、规划等相关专业的硕士学位，5年以上工作经验。

• 有国内著名地产咨询、五大行地产咨询从业经验者以及地产投融资经验者优先考虑。

• 强烈的责任心，求知欲及跨领域团队合作及沟通能力，适应于高强度、项目运作型的工作环境。

• 良好的逻辑能力及数字分析能力，注意细节，具备对社会经济问题的分析经验，对开发项目的财务投资测算经验。

• 具备出色的语言沟通和写作能力（中英文听说读写）。

• 较强的办公类软件使用技能。
