AECOM is seeking a Associate, Interior Designer

Responsibilities:

• Assist the chief designer or project manager in organizing design team to promote and complete the project scheme design.

• Lead designers in design and drawing work to guarantee the quality of project drawings.

• Responsible for guiding the design team in compiling the presentation documents at different stages.

• ake charge of the subsequent design and implement the concept design to the subsequent process to ensure the project’s final result.

• Other tasks assigned by people manager.

Minimum Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in architecture or related majors.

• At least 10 years’ working experience in the field of Interior Design.

• Experience of basement scheme design or general drawing design.

• Be familiar with the project setup procedures and its design requirements.

• Experienced of scheme bidding, be familiar with bidding procedures and the in-depth requirements of scheme design.

• Participated or taken charge of the whole interior design process in a project.

• Candidates with awarded projects are preferable.

• Proficiency in sketching, AutoCAD, Sketch-Up, 3D, Photoshop software.

• Well organized and highly responsive.

• Proficient in writing and speaking both Chinese and English.

• Portfolio attached is a must.

Preferred Qualifications

Good communication skills and team spirit with internal teams and external clients.
