Founded in 1941, Minzu University of China (MUC) is a national-level university located in Beijing, China. It is the top university designated for ethnic minorities in China and aims to be one of the best universities of its kind in the world. With the strong support of Chinese government, it has developed rapidly over the years. It is currently one of the most prestigious universities in China in fields of ethnology, anthropology, ethnic economies, regional economics, religious studies, history, dance and fine arts. The university was selected as one of 38 national key universities to directly receive funding from “Project 211” and “Project 985”, aspiring to build itself into a worldwide known leading university. It has entered the list of “double first-class” universities, a government initiative to cultivate some world-class universities in China.
MUC is also developing rapidly with two new campuses under construction, one in the suburb area in South Beijing and the other one in Hainan Island, known as China’s Hawaii in South China.

Job Profile:
We are looking for international scholars who can work full time at Minzu University of China in the following areas:Nano technology, new materials, optoelectronics, big data, ecology, economics, ethnology, anthropology, neuroscience, education, art (fine art, music and dance)
Qualifications:
Candidates should have a professional title as an associate professor or above in a university or research institute, or were/are chief / deputy chief editors for international academic journals.
Benefit:
Salaries and other benefits: 2500-3000 US$ per month, free housing, reimbursement of international travel expenses, insurance, etc. Salaries for Academicians or recipients of international recognized awards for professional achievements are negotiable.
