5+ years hands-on experience in lithium ion battery design, manufacturing process, testing, and failure analysis
Familiar with international battery standards and agency requirements applicable to rechargeable lithium battery products
Familiar with state-of-the-art lithium ion cell production process including winding process, stacking process, and different cell packaging technologies
Familiar with new product introduction (NPI) process
Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
Experience in applying quality tools and their application to production of lithium batteries including statistical analysis of performance, results, process capabilities, and design of experiments.
5+ years of hands-on experience in battery cell failure analysis. Familiar with electrochemical and analytical techniques for cell and material level characterization and analysis.
