We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will: 

l  Portfolio Growth via Sophisticated WEM Capabilities.

l  Wealth Needs Fulfillment.

l  Global Standards maintenance.

l  Maximising growth in their portfolio and achieving the IWPB plan/metrics

l  Leading Premier activities to ensure opportunities are identified and client needs are met effectively, maximising all available resources.

l  Compliance with the relevant Group standards including GHQ and the Regulatory organization as applied to the implementation of the IWPB strategy in their country

l  Total TCR of the portfolio

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

l  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

l  Minimum of three years proven and progressive financial services and/or retail sales experience or equivalent

l  Evidence of strong sales results in insurance and investment products

l  Relationship management experience with high net worth clients

l  Strong technical skills in wealth management

l  Attain appropriate professional and regulatory qualifications as required by market

l  Attain any internal standards as required by HBCN

l  Have an understanding of the immediate regional Global Wealth strategy and the ability to plan own activities accordingly

l  Be ambitious about providing the highest standards of delivery to colleagues and clients

l  Show ability to set stretch goals for self and the ability to deliver these with courage and tenacity
