AECOM is seeking a Business Development Specialist to be based in Shenzhen office.

Research on government new policies, construction industry trends and market sector information.
Collect Local & Central China project and player information.
Help to identify and screen potential project opportunities.
Introduce AECOM brand and services to clients by email, letter, fax and/or phone.
Prepare marketing material and proposal to clients.
Manage and maintain local customer database.
Execute marketing programs that will enhance customer relationships in the region;.
Help to coordinate with other BD resources in AECOM and other AECOM offices in China.
Other task assigned.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business or technical related fields such as architectural design, urban planning, engineering
Minimum 2 years of working experiences;
Majored in business, management, marketing, architecture, civil engineer or economics.
Good communication skills and interpersonal skill.
Skillful at PPT and other reports, very good know-how in MS office application.
Good English skill in reading, written and oral.
- Experiences with architectural design firms, engineering consultancies, and/or related government agencies are preferred.
