We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.

Business: Regional CIO – ASP

Principal responsibilities

•Be responsible for overall management on HACN data platform architecture and modelling
•Apply specialist expertise in the IT systems to coordinate and optimize the process of data ingestion/modelling and improve quality
•Provide supports on HACN Data Platform access management and recertification
•Support Data control including DMOV/DUSE/DSTO, etc. to enrich the data asset and support business scenarios implementation
•Provide the supports on bank level DATA innovation in adopting front-edge Data Science Toolings, including Ali Platform, DSW product workflow, Data Visualization Tool(Quick BI), Machine Learning (ASR), with bank level proactive adoption in multiple areas. 
•Maintain the inventory list of HACN data asset according to Group standards and controls
•Provide expertise and tech solution during Data Project implementation (e.g. Project Zeus, BCBS 239)
•Contribute in all phases of the data project lifecycle to ensure  the compliance on control and standards including change framework and data assessment

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Mandarin
• Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, or any other relevant language.
• Familiarity with fintech concepts, AI technologies, big data analytics, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
