Responsible for a specific risk domain, responsible for plans, methodologies, processes, mentoring and drive for business outcomes.
Develop framework to understand and measure the incremental value of fraud prevention at different risk decisioning intervention points.
Continuously seek innovation opportunities and improvement that have meaningful impact on business.
Apply your expertise in quantitative analysis and data mining to extract business insight and solve business problem in risk management. Incorporate new data elements and technology to improve the detection efficacy.
Collaborates across teams in and outside risk to shape new direction/changes.
Stay abreast of the latest trend and development of the internet fraud, as well as tools and techniques that are effective fighting the fraud.

Qualifications:

Experienced in risk management or analytics. Level will be determined based on experience.
Understanding of various analytical and modeling methods. Experience in managing large volumes of complex data (SQL, Python, Hive etc. ).
Good business sense and logical thinking. Ability to synthesize information and generalize the pattern.
Excellent communication both in Chinese and English. Experience presenting findings to large audience and across different levels within the organization.
Great inter-personal skills. Manage relationship with key partners and able to collaborate with local and remote teams effectively
Ability to self-start. Think outside of the box. Willing to have both hard work and have fun.
