As a member of the group, this individual will be responsible for the paid digital marketing efforts in EUNA and will work closely with both internal and external teams to define and execute against a specific growth strategy to drive interest, desire and ultimately online sales.   • Overall Media Master Planning. Allocate and handle media budget.
  • Work closely with the Global team to make and execute centrally media planning and buying guidelines, KPI’s and standardized setting and leverage central guidelines for local implementation.
  • Manage as the central point on the day to day deployment of all paid media activity (OTV/ OTT, Programmatic, Paid Social influencer, Search, etc.).
  • Activate data-led thinking and audience planning into digital media planning and activation.
  • Provide tracking & analytics of media performance, be nimble in adjusting the plan to best fit business and activation needs, provide insight & feedback to planning & content team.
  • Partner with Marketing team, eCommerce team and other function team to help integrate paid digital with owned, earned.

  • Lead& Manage digital media buy team to execute the media planning and support sales campaigns in each country.

Qualification

  • Bachelor degree or above.
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience for international brand.
  • Experience in both media planning and buying along with a strong digital foundation is a requirement, with an ability to stay ahead of the ever-evolving media landscape
  • Understanding of data-led media practices (e.g. programmatic, audience management) with hands on experience a plus
  • Native or fluent English necessary. Very strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, social media knowledge, high business acumen, and self-driven.
