About Role

Dulwich College Shanghai Pudong seeks an outstanding and inspiring Director of Admissions & Marketing to join our team. The person must be able to motivate, challenge and inspire our community and ensure that students come first in all that they do. The Director of Admissions & Marketing oversees all aspects of College Admissions and Marketing to attract, covert and retain a community of families that shares our core values. Leading a team of experts, the Director of Admissions & Marketing will be a member of the College Leadership Team (CLT). Members of the CLT have joint responsibility for all aspects of the College. Dulwich College Shanghai Pudong is a high-performing, market-leading international school in one of the most vibrant cities in the world. Requirement

The ideal candidate will have:
•    Respect for and understanding of Education.
•    Educated to at least degree standard in a related discipline.
•    Strong experience in A&M with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
•    Proven success of leading a team of admissions and marketing experts.
•    Proven experience in developing an admissions and marketing plan/strategy in line with group direction.
•    Demonstrable experience of leading marketing campaigns and building brand awareness based on a strong set of values.
•    Experience of conducting insightful market research and developing associated marketing strategies.
•    Ability to adapt and work independently, inter-College and as part of project-based teams, as required. 
•    Experience managing events planning and overseeing execution. 
•    Experience of managing internal and external stakeholder groups.
•    Good understanding of appropriate routes to market for different strategies.
•    Understanding of and support for the Group’s mission.
•    Project management skills with strong attention to detail.
•    Excellent time management and organisational skills.
•    Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality.
•    The ability to show cultural sensitivity and a nurturing approach to education.
•    A firm but supportive and approachable manner with the ability to lead others.
•    Willingness to be flexible and accommodating to the demands of a busy international school. 
•    Excellent inter-personal skills.
•    Excellent communication skills.
