About Role
The Director of Admissions, Marketing and Communications (AMC) oversees all aspects of School Admissions, Marketing and Communications to attract, convert and retain a community of families who embrace the School vision, mission and values. The Director of AMC will develop and implement an integrated strategic marketing and communications plan to build the School’s reputation, manage issues and crises, and engage a breadth of stakeholders (partners, parents, students, staff).
Leading a team of AMC experts, the Director of Admissions, Marketing and Communications will be a member of the School Leadership Team (SLT). Members of the SLT have joint responsibility for all aspects of the School; each has a focus of responsibility and all contribute to the whole and support the work of others.

Dulwich International High School Programme is part of the wider Education in Motion (EiM) family. The Dulwich International High School Programme offers a curriculum for high school students that is made up of the IGCSE and A-Levels, with CNC modules offered by local partners, for Chinese and foreign students who want an excellent educational experience in preparation for the best universities in the UK, USA or elsewhere, inspiring them to build a global mindset on the foundation of English mastery and cultural understanding to be able to thrive in an interconnected, multicultural and multilingual world. Hengqin Huafa Yung Wing High School, as the Sino partner of the Programme, brings strong support in terms of local educational resources, activities, and experiences.

Zhuhai is well positioned for flights within China and to Southeast Asia, and its high standard of living and warm temperate climate make it an excellent place to pursue an international teaching career.
Requirement
Strong experience in admissions and marketing with a minimum of 5 years in a management role.
Respect for and understanding of education.
Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality and the integrity related to all aspects of information disseminated within or external to the Group.
Proven experience in developing an admissions and marketing plan/strategy.
Proven leadership success in admissions, marketing and communications.
Demonstrable experience of leading marketing campaign and building brand awareness based on a strong set of values.
Experience in leading crisis communications.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
High level English, with strong writing, content creation and editing skills.
High level Mandarin Chinese skills and a deep understanding of Chinese culture.
Strong communications skills with ability to connect effectively with a diverse set of stakeholders from school senior management team to partners and parents in both one-on-one and group settings.
Project management skills with strong attention to detail.
Degree in marketing, communications, journalism, public relations, English, or writing-intensive discipline.
