– To increase number and quality of outlets and enhance competence of dealers in respective district(s) regarding Mercedes-Benz standards, retail strategy, processes and policies.
– Support Regional Manager in developing new dealerships in the region according to the retail masterplan and targets set forth by BMBS headquarters under dealer estabslishment process and DCAG autohaus architectural guidelines.
– Conduct regular visits to dealers to monitor KPIs with a view of improving productivity and profitability, foucus on the local market development within the district.
– Coordinate all retail projects as assigned from the Central WS and Regional Manager ND
