You have strong renewable energy procurement experience; you have a successful track record structuring, managing, negotiating and executing virtual and/or physical power purchase agreements, aggregation deals, green tariffs, REC purchases, etc.
You are passionate about implementing power purchase schemes in Asia; existing experience in Asia and familiarity with energy project development and project finance of energy projects is a plus
You have extraordinary program and project management experience, able to run and organize multiple projects with competing priorities and different timescales
You have exceptional verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to influence; you are able to communicate technical information in a concise way to a non-technical audience, and able to explain complex transaction structures to new buyers
You have experience working in and building cross-functional teams, resolving issues and building consensus during the entire project lifecycle
You are curious; able to learn quickly and adapt in a new and complex sector
You are self-motivated, pro-active, and a self-starter, with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities
You have a broad understanding of various renewable energy technologies, including engineering, economic and policy factors
East Asia language (Mandarin, Japanese, Korean) skills are a plus
