YOUR ROLE

Job Purpose

• Act as Engineering Manager who focus more on mechanical area to lead several projects to do the equipment design and reviewing include specification design, supplier select & qualification, equipment manufacturing & installation checking and others MEI works. At the same time to lead several project of mechanical & pipeline installation, commissioning during construction & start-up period. Supervise the contractors to execute the site construction, ME&I works in order to complete the projects according to its scope, schedule, cost and finally meet the internal customer’s requirement. Additional, works as the GCN mechanical leader to supervise each sites equipment selection, purchasing, using and maintenance activities.

Key Dimensions

• Mayor in chemical machinery area or others related area, bachelor degree or above, 5-8 years project working experience.
• At least attend above 5 chemical projects. Have lots of chemical equipment design, manufacturing, installation, commissioning experience.
• Be aware of chemical equipment such as tank, mixer, reactor, agitator, pump, valve, filter, filling line etc.
• Responsibility, highly working activity, better communicated & coordination skill. Highly self-control ability.
• Be aware of SHE regulation and procedure of foreign company.
• Be familiar with PFD, PID drawings.
• Excellent English skill and familiar with Microsoft, PPT, AUTOCAD etc. software.
• It is better to have PMP certificate.

Principal Accountabilities

• Preliminarily and detailed equipment design and finalize related specification, RFQ, tender preparation as well as the equipment supplier visiting, communication and selection 35%
• Project management includes project budget submission & approval, design, purchasing, construction, MEI and commissioning according to project scope, timeline, cost etc.  35%
• GCN site equipment selection & maintenance works supporting 20%
• Project report, file and documentation works 5%
• others works related 5%
