– Excellent communication (written and verbal – English and Mandarin)
– 3+ years of working level experience for OEM/ODM production planning management
– Experience of managing NPI build activities will be an advantage
– Combination of organizational and detail-oriented skills when working on multiple projects,
– Ability to work in a fast paced environment, understand and deals with rapid development cycles and constant changes; remain flexible and calm in the face of uncertainty
– Self-motivated and proactive with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities
