Feature Strategy & Program Manager- InteractionShanghaiCorporate Function / Support – StrategyExperienced1. Use research, data and case analysis to monitor product features, identify potential safety gaps, and provide evidence-based recommendations;
2. Provide prompt and professional input from the user safety perspective to support new product feature launches;
3. Collaborate with Product Policy, Product, Operations, Legal, and Public Relations teams to build consensus on feature policies and processes;
4. Develop strong relationships with business stakeholders and manage XFN feature policy programs.
