Key Qualifications
- Min 3 years of engineering, design, manufacturing, NPI, engineering program management, quality or supplier management in electronic industry
- Managerial experience in engineering, design, manufacturing, NPI, engineering program management will be preferred
- Other added technical knowledge e.g. PCBA, FPCA, reliability, electrical & mechanical design will be an added advantage
- Willing to travel to support validation builds & critical business needs, open for relocation
- Good communication & presentation skills
- Demonstrated strong leadership, interpersonal skill, ability to influence others
- Excellent logic thinking and problem solving skills
- Good team-player and able to work with multiple functional groups
- Passionate & highly independent individual
- Good discipline, responsible and trust worthy
- Ability to work under fast pace and high pressure environment
