Job Summary

AECOM is seeking a General Administration Assistant to be based in Shenzhen office.

Responsibilities

  1. Follow up and execute the admin management system.

  2. Assist the admin manager to deal with the daily admin tasks.

  3. Organize and maintain office filing system.

  4. Maintain Office equipment.

  5. Daily logistics task, including meeting management, daily reception, express management and so on.

  6. Office supplies management and daily office expense.

  7. Assist in organizing company events and meetings.

  8. Office environment, including office fire control and safety, cleaning, and so on.

  9. Prepare office supplies and access card for new employee, update contact list.

Minimum Requirements

  1. Skillful in use Photoshop, InDesign, Video Editing and other software.

  2. Good appearance, rich affinity, warm and generous, positive communication skill and emotion control ability.

  3. Bachelor degree or above, relevant administrative experience is preferred.

  4. With good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, English major is preferred.

  5. Independent working ability, detail oriented, with strong adaptable and team spirit of cooperation.
