Job Description

OFFICE OF THE DEAN OF SCHOOL OF BUSINESS

General Clerk (PR0133/22-23)

Responsibilities:

The appointee will (a) provide clerical support to the Office, (b) assist in meeting and event logistics, (c) handle room booking and maintenance of facilities, and (d) answer general enquiries and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
Applicants should have completed a diploma or an associate degree with at least two years of related work experience. Sound computer application including Excel, English and Chinese Word processing is required. Candidates should be excellent team players with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

The initial appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract of up to two years with contract-end gratuity. Re-appointment thereafter is subject to performance review, mutual agreement and availability of funding.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
