Job Summary

AECOM is seeking an HR Intern to be based in Shanghai office.

Responsibilities ：

• 协助招聘经理通过各渠道进行合格人才的储备

• 负责在招聘网站发布招聘信息

• 通过招聘网站、社交网站、行业沟通等方式搜索简历

• 对候选人进行初步电话初筛

• 协助面试安排

• 招聘管理，包括数据录入、面试安排

• 与高校建立的联系，支持校招招聘项目

• 执行招聘经理交付的其他工作

Minimum Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• 良好的中英文口语、书面表达能力

• 熟悉计算机操作，包括基本软件应用程序知识、网络、电子邮件相关知识

• 积极主动、踏实，的团队协作能力
